- Report to your 5B class. Check in with your teacher. After attendance, ask respectfully to be excused, then head down to room 91/92.
- Bring with you only what you want to bring to Knott's– don't bring anything you don't want to carry around all day. Bring money for food.
- If you have a Knott's pass, make sure it's valid and bring it! We only have enough tickets for students who paid for and reserved a ticket. Do not be the reason your group is stuck outside the gate while everyone else is inside having fun!
- Check the weather and dress appropriately.
- We will arrive back at Benton around 6:00 p.m.
- Groups and chaperone assignments are here.
- Remember, this is a school field trip. All school, district, and music department rules and policies are in effect for the duration of the trip, including dress code.
Chaperone Information:
- Groups and chaperone assignments are here.
- Please meet us in room 91 or 92 Tuesday morning by 8:15 a.m. You will receive a paper copy of your group at that time and we will introduce you to your groups.
- We tried to pair up chaperones with their child's group when possible, but it was not feasible in all cases.
- Chaperones will need to drive to Knott's from Benton as there will not be space on the buses. Carpooling is recommended. We have purchased three parking passes for three private vehicles. You all can work out the carpool Tuesday morning and get the parking passes at that time.
- If you want to drive separately and not carpool, that's fine too but you will just need to pay for your own parking.
- You will need to stay with your group and keep your group together all day. Take attendance frequently and make sure your entire group is accounted for at all times. Students may not leave your group, join other groups, or go off on their own at any time.
- If there are any issues during the day, contact myself or Ms. Lin immediately. We will both be available all day to help out when/where needed.
- We will arrive back at school around 6:00 p.m.
